Can I use multiple locations and roles?
Yes. Workers can have several roles and preferred locations, managers can work with location scope, and shifts remain filterable by location, role, status and date.
What happens before e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp providers are live?
FlexiFlow keeps the intended e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp copy in the outbox report. During a pilot, a manager can send those messages manually and mark them as sent.
Does FlexiFlow submit official Dimona declarations?
No. FlexiFlow helps prepare and track administration with reminders, FLX data, start/end time registration and audit logs. Official declarations remain your responsibility or your provider's responsibility.
